Easter 2013...Part 2

Yes.  It's a picture overload. :o)  Happy Easter!

I realized there are a TON of pictures of Baby Harper and few of Hallie.  Just want to clarify why there are so many more pictures of Harper than Hallie...I snapped some of Harper before Hallie's arrival home from church (she rode home with the grandparents).  Also, Hallie is in this stage where taking her picture is a small miracle.  She's way too busy to be still for a camera. :o)  Also, it was Harper's first Easter...and I'm a little nuts.  Ha!

Easter 2013...Part 1

The Easter Bunny stopped by our house sometime early this morning and left some super sweet treats for our girls!  Both were equally excited about their treats.  After our morning festivities, we headed to church to rejoice that our Savior has rose again!  After church, I snapped a few pictures of the girls and then we had lunch with Jonathan's parents.

Hallie's Goodies

Harper's Goodies

Very excited!

Harper didn't quite know what to think about it all...but she had no trouble digging through her basket.

Dying Easter eggs.

Getting to feel the egg...and hanging onto the wrapping that one of her little books came in.  Ha!

Happy Easter!

Homestead Heritage

29 March 13

Homestead Heritage is a little community about 20 minutes outside of Waco.  It is amazing.  I've lived here for 5 years and had never been.  The community holds onto to values of craftsmanship.  It is absolutely amazing.  I cannot wait to go back and tour more of the grounds--I just didn't have enough to time to truly soak in the beauty of it all.  We ate at their little cafe...absolutely delicious!  If you're ever in the area, I highly recommend this little slice of beauty!

Trying to get all three girls to look at the camera...impossible!  Ha!

Sweet picture.  Completely wrong camera setting.  Ha!

Baby Charlie

28 March 13

Sweet Charlie blessed the world on March 19th!  He is a tiny little piece of Heaven!  We got to watch him "grow" while Amy was carrying him while she was keeping Harper (what a sentence!).  We had been a little under the weather (allergies), so we made a quick stop by the hospital on his second day of life.  Then we visited last week while we were feeling 100%!  Oh my word...he is precious.  Absolutely precious.  It's amazing to get to hold such a sweet little love, thinking back to when Harper was that tiny (wasn't it just yesterday?!).

He is perfect!  I cannot wait to watch him grow!

On the Catwalk

16 March 13

I'm an over planner.  I can't help it.  In the midst of worrying that we won't have anything to do, I plan *way* too much at times.  So earlier in the day, Hallie visited the radio show.  Then at 1 pm, Hallie was joining Abby and HG for the Dillard's fashion show.  Hallie was very excited about this.  Had she not been, we would have just headed back to Texas.  It turned out to be really cute...there were a lot more people there than I had anticipated, and Harper was not in the best of moods, so it was really hard to get good pictures.  But I snapped a few...
Sweet girl...ready for her modeling debut. :o)

Cousins!

Love this!

Hallie-Lou

Harper...aka Red Cheeks...she screamed the entire show.  Pop walked her around and finally took her outside.  Little stinker.  She wanted to be in the fashion show, too. :o)
